Welcome
Since 1993 I have been working as an attorney-at-law, specializing in contract law, commercial law and corporate law.
Contract law and commercial law
Drafting and reviewing of contracts between companies and between companies on one side and governmental bodies on the other side, sometimes as an attorney, sometimes on the basis of an assignment for several governmental institutions. Apart from this, I provide general commercial advice and litigation support to governments and companies.
Corporate law
My activities in the area of corporate law consist among other things of advising on mergers and acquisitions, advising boards of directors and supervisory directors, and advising and litigating in disputes between shareholders and directors as well as between legal entities and their stakeholders.
